So just as I was about to write an entry about us staying with the Sheehans in Garrettsville, OH, Molly decided to sprint into the kitchen and break her toe along the way. The Sheehans have a raised kitchen floor and poor Mol forgot to step all the way up. Don't worry Susan, she's okay. We're icing it and it's all taped up and I'm going to drive all the way to Portland so she can keep it elevated on the dashboard.
Other than that, our stay in Ohio has been great! Jeff and Cindy orchestrated a big kabob dinner last night with all of us manning the assembly line. Cindy made 2 apple pies for dessert and all night we sipped on Jeff's home-brewed amber wheat. It was lovely!
Before making it to Ohio we took a little detour to Niagara Falls, but I'll leave that for someone else to describe. Peace out cub scouts - Jared
